Episode 45: The Oscars Prediction Podcast

At the last minute I thought it would be fun to bring in some filmmakers who’d previously done the podcast, and after sending out some invites I managed to get three people on the mic at the same time.

Caroline O’Brien (Episode 28), Alex Merkin, (Episode 41) and James Medeiros (Episode 28) came in and we shared out picks and favorites for all of the top Oscars.

This is a fun one, and just might help you with your Oscar pool.

Episode 44: DF4Q with Ché Baker

  • Name your favorite film of all time (limit 3)
  • Name a film you think is underrated
  • Name a film you think is overrated
  • Name a lesser-known film that you think people should seek out

In 2017, Ché Baker won the Grand Jury Prize for feature film at Film invasion Los Angeles for Blue World Order, a science-fiction epic that blows audiences away.  Ché Baker is the creative force behind Blue World Order and thankfully I’ve managed to meet up with this Australian during his last two visits to Los Angeles.
