Grand Jury Prize winner STAY offers Secret Perk

Last year, Grand Jury Prize winner for feature film was Stay, a great movie that programmer Jeff Howard said reminded him of Soderbergh’s early work.

Stay is going the self-distribution route and is on Indiegogo right now.  The producers are offering a “Secret Perk” for those anyone associated with SOFF.  Click here for the Stay SOFF secret perk.

Your friends at SOFF believe in our alumni and you all know we’ve made an effort to create a community of filmmakers around this festival.  We wanted to share this “secret perk” with you all, just in case some of you want to help out a fellow filmmaker.

Episode 57: Lindsay Nyman

The Blind Center won a Grand Jury Prize at Film Invasion Los Angeles in 2017, and it also brought down the house.  It’s not available online yet, but it will be soon.  I got to talk to both director/producer Tim Cruz and actor/writer/producer Lindsay Nyman in separate interviews…

I can’t say this for sure, but I think Lindsay’s interview is the first that I didn’t make a single edit to.  I suppose that’s what happens with a well-trained actor.

No spoilers, but I think Lindsay is one of the best human beings I have ever met.  You’ll know what I mean after you listen to this interview.

To learn more about The Blind Center Official Blind Center website, to to the .  I hope to have it embedded here soon, too.
