Discover Film Episode 7: Neil Payne

Neil Payne’s short film Alpa Phi showed at Film Invasion Los Angeles in 2016.  He let me know that he had a lot to get off his chest about filmmaking, about what it’s like to make films that challenge people, and about the challenges of life after film school.
