Discover Film Episode 14: George Moïse

If this was 1994 and people were searching the shelves of Blockbuster for a movie to take home on a Friday night, then I think George’s film Counter Clockwise would have become an underground hit.  Apparently I’m going to have to start renting it with friends one-by-one on Amazon.

Listen to the podcast to hear how George managed to make a great sci-fi feature film with a micro-budget and a skeleton crew.

FILA Filmmaker George Moïse on Discover Film Podcast

George Moïse’s feature film Counter Clockwise was a crowd favorite at Film Invasion L.A. 2016.  He sat down with festival programmer Jeff Howard to talk about the making and distribution of his independent sci-fi feature.  Listen to George’s interview for some great insights.

Episode 14: George Moïse

This episode is really fun.  George Moïse came in to talk about his feature film Counter Clockwise, a low-budget indie that you can catch on iTunes and Amazon.  When you think about how frequently big budget Hollywood films drop the time travel, you realize just how much work George had to put into his feature.  And when you hear him talk about the process, he put in more work than you can imagine.

Here’s the trailer for Counter Clockwise.
