Eli Stern won a Grand Jury Prize for his short film Whiskey Sour at the 2016 Sherman Oaks Film Festival.  And the jury had no idea he was a 19 year old filmmaker in his second year of college.  Want to hear more?  Listen to the podcast.

Discover Film Episode 14: George Moïse

If this was 1994 and people were searching the shelves of Blockbuster for a movie to take home on a Friday night, then I think George’s film Counter Clockwise would have become an underground hit.  Apparently I’m going to have to start renting it with friends one-by-one on Amazon.
