But back to today’s episode!<\/p>\n

Vernon Davidson brought the feature length documentary \u201cSEGAL\u201d for a World Premiere at the Sherman Oaks Film Festival in 2024 and took home the Grand Jury Award \u2013 Best Feature Film \u2013 Documentary.<\/p>\n

Vernon co-directed and co-produced the film with Ryan Krayser, and this wonderful retrospective about historic actor George Segal is a work that every movie fan should see. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Vernon and Ryan did extensive interviews with George as they had worked with him on The Goldbergs and earned his trust. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Add in their great nose for archival footage and \u201cSEGAL\u201d turned into a film that, in my opinion, should enjoy a big\u2019ole nationwide release.<\/p>\n
