\"\"Matt & Rich Van Tine brought their horror short “Magic Box” to the Sherman Oaks Film Festival in 2022, when it took home the Audience Award for Best Short Film – Horror. \u00a0(By the way, if you ask me, it’s a Thriller, not horror, but I’m just being anal.)<\/p>\n

The first time that I met the Van Tines was in 208 when their short film “A Side of Fries” was an official selection at the Sherman Oaks Film Festival. \u00a0I have a soft spot for the quirky, unique “A Side of Fries,” but even I have to admit that their filmmaking skills grew by bounds and leaps with”Magic Box.”<\/p>\n

After knowing these two casually for nearly five year this podcast interview finally allowed me to truly get to know them and their path to filmmaking. \u00a0It’s a great story and I hope that you enjoy hearing it as much as I did.<\/p>\n
