David Aufdembrinke \u201cDREAM\/life\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure id=\"attachment_1134\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1134\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1134 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/discoverindiefilm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/DREAM-LIFE_Stills_1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1134\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">A still from the award winning short film &#8220;DREAM\/life&#8221;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>David Aufdembrinke made the beautiful short film &#8220;DREAM\/life&#8221; which took home three awards at Film Invasion Los Angeles in 2019, including the Grand Jury Prize for Best Director, and the Filmmakers Awards for Outstanding Short Film and Outstanding Screenplay.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;DREAM\/life&#8221; is in Season 3 Episode 2 of the Discover Indie Film TV Series on Amazon Prime Video. <em>\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3jpjEmj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to be taken to the Amazon page.<\/a> or you can go to Prime Video on your TV and search for &#8220;Discover Indie Film.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This interview kind of has to have two disclaimers.\u00a0 The first is that we recorded this in February, 2020, a few weeks before a global pandemic hit.\u00a0 There are not any timely references, but David mention future filmmaking plans that obviously got interrupted by COVID-19.\u00a0 The second is that we spoke over Skype or FaceTime, I can&#8217;t remember which, and we had a little delay that often made it harder for us to not speak over each other.\u00a0 My hope is that someday the world returns to normal and perhaps David will find himself in Los Angeles and we can talk about his next film in person!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comments are blocked on this website.
