342. Jerome Marshall “Soft Spot”

Writer/director Jerome Marshall brought his film “Soft Spot” to the Sherman Oaks Film Festival in 2020 and I’m proud to say that it is in Season 7 of the Discover Indie Film TV Series on Amazon Prime Video!  “Soft Spot” is one of those great SciFi shorts that proves a great idea with great performances is more important than VFX.

Jerome came in to chat about his film and background for the rare in-person interview!  This one ain’t on Zoom, yay!

341. 4Qs with Daniel Robert Cohn

What are the 4Qs?  (1) Three favorite films. (2) An underrated film. (3) An overrated film. (4) A lesser-known film people should seek out.

Writer/Director/Producer/Composer/Squirrel Tamer… Daniel Robert Cohn did a little bit of everything for the music video “The World’s Gone Nutz,” that took home multiple awards at the Sherman Oaks Film Festival in 2021.   I’m delighted to share that “The World’s Gone Nutz” is in Season 7 of the Discover Indie Film TV Series on Amazon Prime Video that arrives on January 15!

Besides all of his talents, Dan is also a terribly nice person and an absolute joy to hang out with.  I hope you enjoy Dan’s answers to the 4Qs above!
